Fetch.ai will reward users of its FET token with GPUs

Fetch.ai, a decentralized artificial intelligence company, which works with the FET token, will reward users of its FET token with GPUs that they can use on the aforementioned network. The company has allocated $100 million to acquire graphics processing units (GPUs) from Nvidia, to expand the capacity of its AI infrastructure.

Fetch.ai will enhance its computational capacity and resources through a program called Fetch Compute, which will be in charge of managing the 100 million dollars.

The Fetch Compute infrastructure program will deploy Nvidia’s H200, H100, and A100 GPUs to accelerate its computing power. Today, the H200 is known as the world’s most powerful GPU, used for high-performance computing and AI model training.

With this project, the company has introduced a reward mechanism for its community. Starting March 7, users who stake Fetch.ai’s native currency, $FET, will earn Fetch Compute Credits as rewards. These rewards can be used to pay for GPU usage on the Fetch.ai network.

In this way, developers and participants will be able to create applications, explore complex models and solutions, according to the company. The integration of the Fetch Compute program will elevate the Fetch.ai infrastructure, enhancing products such as AI agents and DeltaV, which facilitates interaction with them.

Fetch.ai is an AI project based on the Cosmos blockchain, which introduces AI agents as its main product. These agents are able to connect, search and transact to create dynamic markets, which can be integrated into applications. They are described as modular building blocks, which can be customized with specific logic to perform designated tasks. Use cases include predictive maintenance, networking and platform, and large language model (LLM) integration, among others.
