Binance Web3 Wallet Continues to Improve User Experience with Solana Network Integration

The integration of the Solana network highlights Binance’s mission to turn its Web3 Wallet into a self-custody, multi-chain wallet that can cater to the increasingly diverse Web3 needs of users. With the integration, users will now have access to a wider range of blockchain networks, including those based on the Bitcoin, EVM, and Cosmos networks.

Binance Web3 Wallet users will now be able to send, receive, and swap tokens on the Solana network more easily. They will also be able to access a suite of Solana-based decentralized applications (dApps). Ten dApps have already been added today: Drift, Dual Finance, Jito, Jupiter, Magic Eden, MarginFi, Orca, PsyOptions, Pyth Network, and Raydium. With these dApps easily accessible within the Binance Web3 Wallet interface, the opportunities for users to interact, create, and innovate within the Solana ecosystem are significantly amplified. Over time, more dApps will be added progressively.

Today’s integration rollout is further enriched by the introduction of the new ‘dApp Hub’. The goal of this UI transformation is the consolidation of all trending dApps within a single tab, creating a seamless experience for users to explore and interact with dApps with ease and security. The simplified design and functionality enhances user accessibility, providing a single and convenient point to explore.

“The integration of the Solana network is part of Binance’s commitment to continuously improve the Binance Web3 Wallet and provide the best value to its global users,” said Min Lin, Binance’s Regional Vice President for Latin America. “Since its inception, this Binance Web3 wallet seeks to respond to users’ need for more intuitive experiences, which accompany the growing interest in crypto adoption in the region, without neglecting security. This product provides an agile, simple, and secure entry point for millions of users to explore the Web3 universe.”

In the last two months alone, Binance has launched and made numerous improvements to the self-custody wallet. Notable improvements include:

● Launch of the Binance Inscriptions Marketplace, which enables the minting and exchange of inscriptions;

● Deployment of an Enrollment Accelerator, powered by our BTC Transaction Accelerator, aimed at reducing transaction wait times;

● Added support for ERC-404 tokens, thereby increasing the range of tokens that users can interact with;

● Integration of various networks such as Blast, Manta, ZetaChain, Metis, Scroll and zkFair, providing a wide range of functionalities within our portfolio;

● Expansion of the range of dApps integrated within the platform, with 24 dApps added in February alone, thus increasing the reach of services for its users.
